Why choose Darebni AI

A plan built around
you — then rebuilt.

It asks before it programs, and it keeps changing the plan as your training, preferences and equipment change.

It starts with you

Before it writes a single session, the coach asks — goals, training history, how many days you can give it, the equipment you can reach, and how the rest of your life actually runs. The plan is built from those answers, not picked off a shelf.

It adapts as you train

Every set you log carries an RPE. The coach reads it and rewrites the next block's loads, volume and progression around what your body did — and around the equipment and movements you keep choosing.

Tracker that keeps up

Live set logging, a rest timer and automatic PRs — with a Live Activity and Home Screen widgets so the current set and rest countdown sit on your Lock Screen, mid-set.

AI analytics dashboard

A weekly read on what moved and what stalled, in plain language — alongside streaks, personal records and today's session measured against your 30-day average.

1,323 exercises, plus a builder

A full movement library with substitutions when the rack is busy, and a free builder to assemble and save sessions of your own whenever you want to go off-plan.

Pin the lifts that matter

Choose the lifts you actually care about and keep them on the home screen, with estimated 1RM charted over months rather than days.

Rated 5.0 by lifters
First app that actually changed my programming when I told it a session felt brutal. The RPE input isn't decoration.
Karim H.Powerlifter, Dubai
I'd been running the same four-day split for two years. Six weeks in and my squat is up 15kg.
Sara M.Intermediate lifter, Beirut
The builder being free is the reason I stayed. I made my own sessions, then upgraded once I trusted it.
Omar F.Hybrid athlete, Cairo
Live Activity on the lock screen during rest is such a small thing and I use it every single set.
Yousef A.Bodybuilder, Riyadh
The weekly analytics summary told me my bench had stalled three weeks before I would have noticed.
Lina T.Coach, Amman
Exercise library is genuinely complete. Every substitution I've searched for was already in there.
Rami K.Strength athlete, Doha
It programs deloads without me asking. That alone has kept my elbows healthy this block.
Hassan D.Powerlifter, Kuwait City
Clean, fast, no nonsense. It asks how the set felt and gets out of the way.
Nour S.General strength, Dubai

Frequently asked questions

RPE, pricing, and what the coach actually does with your data.

RPE is Rate of Perceived Exertion — how hard a set actually felt, on a 1–10 scale. It is the single input that lets the coach tell the difference between a session you cruised through and one that buried you, and it is what next week's loads are calculated from.
No. Pinned-lift tracking, the free preset workouts, the full workout builder and the entire 1,323-exercise library are free forever. The subscription adds the AI coach: adaptive programming, RPE-based progressive overload, analytics summaries, and the widget and Live Activity.
A static program cannot know that your squat felt like an RPE 9.5 on a day it was written as an 8. Darebni rewrites the next block around that. The plan changes because your training changed.
Yes, and it costs nothing. The builder is free, unlimited, and saves your own sessions alongside anything the coach programs. Plenty of people start there and only turn the coach on once they trust it.
